In 2004, Ken joined Continental Fan and embarked on the mission of developing our US network of industrial representatives. Over the years he has forged strong partnerships and lifelong friendships within the fan industry. Our organization has grown and become stronger thanks to Ken’s commitment to Continental Fan’s mission, vision, and values, and he has touched many lives in the process. His wealth of industry knowledge has made him a wonderful mentor and teacher for the next generation.

As Mr. Grimes embarks on retirement, Continental Fan salutes him for a stellar 46-year career in the fan industry and sincerely thanks him for his contribution to our organization. His time with us will always be remembered with fondness and gratitude. As a pillar of the fan industry, Ken has left an indelible mark on Continental Fan.
